Outdoor Screen Shades

The sales team as well as the installers are incredible. I literally went in one day to pick out some window shades. Aaron was at my house to accurately measure that afternoon, and I was able to place my order the very next day. My new shades were installed yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional!

Ross Howard is such a great business—I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. We used them years ago when we first built our house—-and now for some updates. The showroom is perfectly organized—a bright room with all blinds options displayed-— decision made easy. The staff is superb—Lauren in the showroom, Aaron in installations—the best!!I I heartily recommend this business.

Working with Loren was an absolute delight! The communication was excellent. My couch was picked up and delivered on time and the finished product is absolutely everything I’d hoped and then some! I’ve found my new go-to place for upholstery!

Colin was great to work with- had blinds installed on 12 windows. All measurements and styles recommended were spot on. (As well as Hunter Douglas blinds are very high quality). They installed two motorized shades for me today. From my experience from talking to Loren and Collin in the store to Larry installing the shades I would say it was an excellent experience and choice in a very timely manner.
